E-RAKAM is a government  platform that enables small farmers to sell their food produce to bigger markets and the payments will be directly credited to the farmer’s bank account in order to avoid middleman.

Does the government somehow help farmers, perhaps through incentives?

Goverment helps wthem with e-rakam,by removing middle man and enabling them to sell their products directly. And seems like lynked.world will be used for registration.
