they are. They spend more time in telegram and reddit than on bitcointalk, but they occasionally check this site. I have access to reddit but not to telegram, so when I see something that I feel they should know about, I link to the bitcointalk post in a post on reddit and ask someone with access to telegram there to check with the devs.  For the BTX asic issue, they are aware of the situation (from which I imply that they are looking into it).

I do not know the developers Reddit usernames. Who are these people in the comments Bitcore dev? I want to see the opinion of Limx Dev or John.

I can see the "team" names here : https://bitcore.cc/introduction/team-2-2/  (which includes not just the developers but others).  Underneath the team names are bitcointalk links, but not reddit links.

keep in mind that these guys are super busy solving problems so i wouldn't expect immediate replies. The team member i have been conversing with on reddit is Bruce, and he has relayed info to the other team members.
