Yeah but this is not going to change anytime soon, so for the next few decades we will continue using paper money, at least.
But take in consideration that we, as citizens, are using Debit cards and credit cards more frecuently than before, so maybe this can "replace" fiat at some point, but it will take more time.

Obviously that crypto is not going to replace fiat
