I can say that you were trying to spam this BTC paid signature campings by buying posts. Also you got payments for most of the campaigns. The comments were in no way valued by you so it is just equal to signature spamming.
Not much of them are able to spam BTC paid campaigns here so found it much interesting
By the way, I don't think a account which is banned permanently for copy paste can be recovered.

I'm not even sure that I was using that guy's post during the time you mentioned above. You're just trying to throw a rock at me in order to achieve something.
I can question the intelligence of the person who hired or wants to hire you as their campaign/bounty manager.
