all I can say is that you're very generous giving .06 bitcoin loan and it's either you're naive or too trustful to expect that person you only met online will really pay you and to keep the matter worse, you let him post in this forum using your own account. Now he left you with banned account and unpaid loan. This is such a terrible story.  I'm kinda confuse with all that you said so one question that really bothered me, what is the issue you need help ?! If I were you I will look for the guy so he can pay me than ask  to retain your banned old forum account
