I will only believe in the ICO that has been collected up to SoftCap and has a very useful project and can even be one solution to many people's problems.
It is a safe choice for us to invest in ICOs. I also choose that way, but in practice there are not many projects that actually reach the softcap or hardcap, all the project information given is misleading.
