Great article, which explains clearly the philoshophy of the governance funding. Many people turn down this kind of approaches, but for me it´s clearly an advantage. It´s the only way to get financial power to carry out ambitious projects. Besides, it´s better than the premine, as you have a cash in which is gradually decreasing as the reward goes down.

My question is the following regarding this sentence of the article:

Do you intend to build a wallet with special features, or better said, to modify the governance funds wallet in such a way that the outflows are properly declared, and its accesible to be checked by anyone?
