A trainee program could b useful to help take some of the work load off of the mods
I don't quite get your input really,who's training who and who's getting trained here..
Junior mods? Or assistant mods?
If thats what you intended to mean,i doubt we'll be getting new mods anytime soon, even though members of the forum have clamoured for it's introduction for a while now to aid already existing mods..
