indeed i totally agree with you i think now and only now it's the best  time to buy altcoins but i disagree with you with the list you provided i think if someone want to invest in crypto i think he should invest in the following : BTCSV , TIO, THETA Neo ; this are in portfolio and they really have a promising future.
