What is your strategy while the market is that bad? Do you sell/hodl/trade?

I'm thinking of trying trading competition, like Binance did last year. The coins are cheap and who knows, maybe I'll win sth.
What's your view on this? Do you find trading contests with Lambos and Porsches just a waste of time?
