I think lots of people have got burnt and that's why the ICO market is decreasing significantly.

Rememer the days when ICO's like Bancor could raise 170 million USD in a heartbeat. They have enough funds to last for years. I don't think we will ever see those ICO's again. And maybe that's for the best.
