On 2018-08-28 I bought on IDEX 8,850,340PKG for 9.567ETH ,
I sold them on 2018-08-29 for 11.052ETH,
I saw the ETH balance in my account and I didnt touch it for couple of months,
A few weeks ago I wanted to transfer the 11.052ETH to another wallet and I received a massage that the account has insufficient funds,
I contacted IDEX they told me the there was an error with the transaction and deposit the 8,850,340PKG back in my account,
The problem is that now the 8,850,340PKG worth 0.65ETH,
IDEX is not taking any responsibility for not rolling back the order on time and I lost the 11.052ETH,
What can I do?
