The user didn't do everything; the user did something wrong (including fraud); the offer was configured improperly; or there was a technical problem because software is imperfect. I contacted the smores.tv-support and they told me that the Publisher (Cointiply) is either holding the funds back or having technical difficulties.
So I work, don't get paid and nobody want's to be responsible
