The two projects you are referring to, are there still on exchanges, are there still trading? Is the discord community for those projects still functional? If yes, if people are still selling their mn rewards, if the exchanges and mn services has not delisted those projects then absolutely you know nothing about what is called scam and what could be termed failed project.
