Why? Bitcointalk has "released" the first crypto currency - BITCOIN.
Bitcoin is older than the forum.
What do you think about the idea that the forum management creates an ecosystem through a simple cryptocurrency which is not for selling or buying ? In my opinion, it would be very enjoyable to see such an initiative from the forum management.
If it's not for selling than Merit itself is a currency here. Sendable merits are smerits which when sent are permanently assigned to wallet of the receiver as merit but the two are not exchangable. Though I'd love to seem more experimentation with this system.
Thats a good idea. Just like steemit, hoping bitcointalk will immitate steemit site where our post when being merited will gave us profit.This way maybe bitcointalk management will have to produced and launched their own coin or token maybe.
