Maybe you read some data inattentively? There’s a point in tech documentation, although it’s small, saying that the company is planning to expand the staff after the end of the ICO.
Really? It’s weird, i read technical documentation, but i haven’t seen this point. Maybe, i missed it. What specialists will they hire first?   

As far as i understand, these will be specialists for financial department, support service and marketing department first of all.
I think that the project will certainly need technical specialists for implementation of all the ideas. It’s weird that there aren’t any on your list.
