I asked this seller if he is selling a VCC, well he typed tons of things:

"No

Next time you ask , let the person know exactly for what you need VCC for.
Otherwise any serious seller will simply say no.

You cannot enter a pharmacy and say "I need medicine" : you need to be super duper specific and precise

Anyone who asks like you have no clue about VCC usage and I simply say "no"

So, here I go ... No, I don't sell vcc

(VCC in Azure have 10% success, it is just an example)

So, learn to get what you want. Grow up a bit.

To be honest I got offended, for 5 years of doing Internet Marketing this is the first time I received such reply from a seller.
Why can't you just simply reply? "No sorry" "For what purpose?"

I bought from PANELABLE, kiko2001 etc.. from this forum, they are friendly, easy to deal with but not this guy.

THE FIRST THING THAT I WANT FOR A SELLER IS A FRIENDLY AND EASY TO TALK WITH.
THIS IS A RED FLAG ON MY SIDE.
I WOULD NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS GUY.
