Well this year, the thing happen is the price of bitcoin becomes low that is why other ICO's failed because they don't have any investors. Investors that time do not want to use bitcoin in investing because the price of it is currently low. I'm expecting that the value of bitcoin next year will increase so that some ICO's will become successful.
