But what about partnerships? They have some solid agreement? What about projects which want to launch security tokens on their platform?

I think that in this period, potential partners want to look at the actual product instead of sign partnerships during ICO phase. They partnered with Bitfinex and Ethfinex btw (iirc)
Bitfinex and ETHFinex its just partnerships for their token sale and listing. But Im interesting which new projects going to launch security tokens? This is new standarts of tokens, and I dont know no one of such type of tokens still...
