Fixed by using -c config.txt and configuring config.txt and deleting--auto (for those who have a similar problem)

I'm trying to run without my Intel CPU so using this:

@echo on
jce_cn_gpu_miner64.exe --no-cpu --auto --any --forever --keepalive --variation %FORK% --low -o %POOL%:%PORT% -u %WALLET% -p %PASSWORD% %SSL% %*
@pause

Do I need to change anything else?
