Ethereum is a great cryptocurrency. Everybody understands that in comparison with the other altcoins, it is the best one. I am sure - ETH will go up, but it will happen only when the number of reliable ICOs will be great.
It is true that ethereum is one of the best cryptocurrencies and that is widely recognized by the community, but I'm not so sure that we're going to see a smooth recovery for ethereum, something big will need to happen to ethereum to begin the process of recovery, because if you take the time to analyze how the price has moved during the last year you will see that ethereum is one of the most affected coins in the market.
