I don't think this is just a joke. It is maybe called "scam coin" because they buy coins for masternodes. This coin is live a short time then coin issuer disappears with money from selling masternodes. Joking Huh I don't think so.
And then can't you call a short term live coin as a joke coin? If this coin only sell MN and staking and then it's even not worth any pennies. Remember about doge has already died and can we expect the same thing will happen to this one? We can.
