Using Binance at the moment. Is that one of the best, or there are better ones? I live in Sydney Australia by the way.
And which exchange has the lowest fees?
And do I need to provide photo ID etc to join them and to start buying coins?

Well it comes to exchange many people choose to use bittrex because its good exchange and never experience of hacking. Binance exchange is good too so I will say that its recommended to use of everybody.
Each one will have a different view about the exchanges, so there are many good exchanges out there but all coins will not be listed in all exchanges. So it good to check about the exchanges based on the coin whether the coin has a huge potential. I hope Binance is the best to exchange because they are listing most reputable coins in Binance exchange.
