As a Dutch speaker, I can confirm that those translations are pure and utter crap.
The sentence structure is just plain bad, I even think Google Translate would do a better job than this.

Which projects has he cheated? Might be worth contacting them so they can remove those translations.
If I saw a website or service with that sort of Dutch, I'd distrust them immediately.
