One other feature I'd like to request:  I have a lot of hash power to throw around; enough to cause distortions to the nethash and pool hash when I point at something.  I try to keep my share of nethash at reasonable levels for myself, but I don't know what your comfort level for the poolhash/nethash ratio is.  If you had a way to say if the pool was approaching your comfort threshold (or that you wanted an individual miner to back the power off), it would make me much more comfortable.  I'd much rather work with you on managing hash power than work against you and risk getting banned from the pool.
