I don't think the Governments doesn't likely hate crypto.. They just put an action to anything that may have a threat to their society and end it before it could harm their place..
The government cannot approve something new without conducting research and experiments. Perhaps they are developing the necessary regulatory system or waiting for the cryptocurrency to stabilize. We just have to watch it.
