As chatty as all this is, do you realize that your direct customers didn't hear anything from you or from Black Arrow about this? It's pretty shitty reading about it in a comment on reddit.
I got a short statement out on the R17 thread, as well as on the company FB page this morning when I first confirmed the news, and have had a busy day fielding customer calls and emails, ongoing training, and now responding to the forums. No excuse for our response time- part of the meetings during the trip is to work on resolving these communications issues better.
