I think mid January is the time when bearish market will come to an end and before that i will surely buy more Altcoins because it's more profitable to buy before bull run rather waiting for the bullish market confirmation and i might be wrong but there is always risk involved.
A pretty good prediction, if the bearish market really ends in mid-January 2019. I really don't have data or analysis. But my simple thoughts and hopes are still there today, that this difficult situation will surely end. The last few days almost all altcoins experienced a real decline, this made me think twice about planning an investment. Let the storm pass.
