The last economic crisis was probably one of the reasons of why satoshi got inspired to finally reveal bitcoin to the world, so it is likely that another economic crisis will be the catalyst that we have been waiting that makes people wonder if the economic system really has to work the way it does and if there are no other alternatives out there that could help them to lead better lives.
