Latest Image Download/Instructions


If your Apollo did not come with an micro SD card, you need to update your Apollo to the latest image, or your Apollo is not working properly and/or sd card became corrupted download the latest image here:

Apollo_Node* is the file you need to download (Litecoin.zip is for your USB Node drive).

Verify the integrity of the download by either verifying the signed file with my public key below or checking the sha256 sum listed in the sha256sums.txt file in the folder

Unzip it

Plug in your micro SD card with a USB to Micro SD adapter (can be found for less than $5 on Amazon)

Use a clone tool like etcher (etcher.io) to clone the unzipped image to your SD card (or use dd if you know what your doing) it MUST be a bit copy that overwrites the whole SD card and not just a partition so make sure whatever tool you use can do that

-system kernel updated to 4.19 for fixes and reliability
-lowered CPU aggressiveness to keep MCU cooler for better reliability
-enabled low level hardware watchdog, this fixes the very rare issue some people were reporting and any system failure or hardware monitor failure will now cause a system reboot and prevent unit from overheating

-Miner Yellow LED now blinks rapidly after hardware initialization is successfully complete and waiting for bfgminer startup (ie if there is an external internet connection issue, or bad pool/credentials issue miner will just keep blinking yellow rapidly)
-multiple dashboard visual fixes
-lots of hardware monitor bug fixes
