Fossil Fuel explained
http://www.entrade-x.com/fossil-fuel-explained/
Talking about 4 types of fossil fuel, how much #fossilfuel is burned every day, and what will happen when we run out of fossil fuels.

"The burning of #fossil fuels by humans is the largest source of emissions of #carbon dioxide, which is one of the greenhouse gases that allows radiative forcing and contributes to global warming. The utilization of fossil fuels has enabled large-scale industrial development and largely supplanted water-driven mills, as well as the combustion of wood or peat for heat."

#Environmental effects
Combustion of fossil fuels also produces other air pollutants, such as nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide (which contribute to smog and acid rain), volatile organic compounds and heavy metals. Fossil fuels also contain #radioactive materials, mainly uranium and thorium, which are released into the atmosphere.

Moreover, these environmental #pollution impacts on the human beings because its particles of the fossil fuel on the air cause negative health effects when inhaled by people. These #health effects include premature death, acute respiratory illness, aggravated #asthma, chronic #bronchitis and decreased lung function. So, the poor, undernourished, very young and very old, and people with preexisting #respiratory disease and other ill health, are more at risk.

By shifting to #renewableenergy, scientists hope to bring carbon emissions to the lowest point and therefore slowing down the #globalwarming. This is why #Entrade supports the renewable #energy movement, by researching and producing a power plant that could turn #biomass or waste into energy source. We are also working on the distribution, funding, financing, monitoring, and maintenance of the power plant. All for a better world!
