Particle Error: Transaction too large.
Send coins: Error: Transaction creation failed!

Trying to send 3000 to friend. Same error msg. Tried to split it in 3 x 1000 first two success but on second I paid fee for transaction 0.0018 PRT and can`t finish third transaction of 1000.
Can anybody help me with this issue?
