I've updated OP with a few more links 
Certain topics in some threads are off-limits ( probably deleted) while others just have "....." from OP(not sure what it means). I would suggest that maybe we remove such topics from the lists and add others that are available. I have checked out certain threads and are even locked so there is even no way of maybe putting in a comment to alert OP.
If there are any dead links in my OP, please let me know so I can remove them. I can't help it if one of the older topics listed has some dead links, or have the OP removed. As long as there are enough working links left, it's worth keeping the guide listed.
