I am agree, that team has prolong pre-sale and I don't really like it. At the same time I wanna say that market conditions changed significantly, so they didn't have other choices rather than extend pre-sale and shift dates. Not only Adab did that, but other ICOs as well.
I see a tendency that many projects do not simply prolong ICO, but completely stop it or pause it.
Those teams that have money in stock stop the sale of tokens and start working without investors. Then they will have time to prepare the application until the moment when the market rises.
