I see community is growing due to the different bounties/masternode rewards etc. It is perfect opportunity to submit an application to be listed on top exchanges!
Listing on such weak market is very bad idea. Moreover it usually requires a listing fee. So.. Team has to plan the budgeting very carefully
Not necessary listing means only for money! There are a lot of exchanges where are voting rounds and if project has active community - it is possible to to win the voting
Listing for free? Barelly possible! Well, in any case lets leave that it up to the team. Project's funding it is their responsibility
