Will the difficulty increase or decrease with this amount of total hashrate when KGW comes in? 
I think it will set on that amount that is estimated as for now.. Right now newtork has hashrate 370 mh/s and est diff is 13.55 so with KGW it would settle on this amount very quickly... right now we have higher network HR than diff and vice versa in past days
