Sasha got bored and set up a new blockchain for corporate use only using Waves technology funded by Waves investors.
Yes, they'll be an ICO, but plebs like us are being largely kept out - it's mainly for the super wealthy, minimum $250K investment. Agreed with you Sasha has nothing to do at the moment so he find this way to keep him busy to bring this project and get more money to spend them to keep maintain luxurious life style. I don't think it is necessary to bring new project even first one is still incomplete.
