Sorry to break it to you but they removed that promise of 3 million transactions per second claim from their website a long time ago after I exposed their MVP scam.
Just look at their MVP it is disgusting. It is a $5 template using freebie plugins from tradingview.com and these Kazakh/Russian/Ukrainian scammers think they will use it to fool newbies and gullible people in to investing in the ICO.
They changed their earlier $5 template cartoon exchange to the present one but it looks even worse. They are so obviously scammers.
The scam ICO will last 6 months from August 2018 to February 2019 then they will run off with investor funds
Watch for the flood coming in the next few minutes from these sock-puppet fake accounts operated by the Kazakh/Russian/Ukrainian scammers to generate fake hype and fake buzz:
