no need to use emotions I think if we before starting a trade investment know all the risks that will be invested in investing in crypto currency beliefs and patience will reduce emotions
Yeah it's mainly because giving in to your emotions make you do unplanned decisions based on short term instances. It results in panic or fomo, both of which can be very dangerous most of the time.
