Indeed, banking as we know it is not sustainable.  Naturally, those of us involved in crypto would hope that blockchain tech is the answer or the next big innovative tech to fill the space.  I am a little skeptical, yes digital is the way forward, i'm just not certain that the 'powers that be' would accommodate cyrpto in the way that we all want it, decentralized.  A fundamental factor in about banking today is governance and control, crytpo in a sense seeks to disrupt that therefore they might continue to frown at the concept and look at other digital methods.
