I don't see any reason for anyone to not actually buy ethereum, even when right now the prices of the coins are down (ETH costs 90$), but it does not change the fact that ethereum is one of the best coins that you can put your money into for the long term. It does not mean that the coin is never going to do well, just buy now and wait for it, you will surely see it go back up
