You mean the letheand.exe? If so try to run it as admin.
i can't even find it on my pc, there is letheand-wallet-gui-exe i can assume it's the same?
For now you need to run "letheand" AND the "lethean-wallet-gui".
In some cases (happens to me everytime I download a new version) the common antivirus programs put the "letheand" into quarantine as soon as they detect it. This will be dealt with later. Please check you av to put these two exe's on exception. Hope i can help
