i believe institutional investors are waiting for market recovery as well as the outcome of SEC's new involvement. i believe 2019 holds a lot for cryptocurrency

I think Institutional investors are already getting in, I don't know of BTT policy on sharing links I would have shared. Crypto won't come to what will know until mid-year 2019

I would say just a few are getting in right now. Most are holding off and waiting for the market to recover before they can put in their money to fund projects they find interesting.
