Republia ceo that was minexsystems community manager, 2 years ago he didnt have any blockchain experience as was stated under his discription. Now he is supposed to be an expert in blockchains, running an exact copy paste project as minexcoin. Same parking system with same hyperinflation rates, same "volatility control", debit cards etc. Only thing that is different is consensus mechanism. Thats the only difference between those two projects.
