ADAB Solutions guarantees the absence of excess Garar in transactions (al-Gharar al-Qasir). Garar (or speculative, excess risk) is not acceptable according to Sharia norms. All types of transactions that will be technically possible on the exchange will be checked for availability of a guarantee by the Islamic Finance Council. Under the FICE exchange, under no circumstances will deals be made for market manipulation. This ensures compliance with the condition of sharing the risk of making profits and losses between the parties to the transaction, in the case of transactions involving the occurrence of such risks.
