every one in this bear market talking about panic sell off but i my opinion they are good reasons that we are almost at Bottom
the prcie of 2900 - 3000 levels can be rebound for next bull run

who is behind bakkt ? bakkt is very very important because behind this company is NYSE & ICE with market cap of more than 20 trilion dollars . wall street whales include banks can enter crypto market ( regulated BTC market BY NYSE and sec ).

ETF : Sec anounced that they delay etf decision for 27 february 2019 and that is dead line (real one )

but why this time its dead line? Sec can delay an etf upto 240 days and we will pass that 240 days when 27 Feb comes , this mean sec will anounce they approve it or deny . i think they will approve it because market manipulation problem is not only for btc also silver market and others have same manipulation and sec knows that , thats why sec dosent reject Cboe etf untill now .
