Yes, there are two mining pools ready which will be listed on the website soon along with Bithereum's mining pool:

We'll be taking the hard-spoon snapshot of Ethereum tomorrow (Dec 12th) and will be announcing the block number we will be forking off of Bitcoin within the next two days. It'll be approx. 2,000 blocks from a Bitcoin block height tomorrow which will estimate the mainnet launch ~Dec 28th then mining will be begin.
