The zip contains peacecoin.conf, it has to be put into ~/Library/Application Support/Peacecoin/ after one launched the wallet for the first time. (From the "Go" menu navigate down to "Go to Folder" or hit Command+Shift+G in Finder / from the OS X desktop, then enter the path and put your conf there). After relaunch your wallet syncs with the network.
