I only know about Mark.space. They have launched the beta version of the residential units and you can buy units as far as i know, but haven't checked it out yet.
As far as I remember they had a demo of a shopping complex with Jaguar showroom in it.
Yes, but they couldnt convince me. Demo was not special and even to find the demo on their website is not possible, because there exists no link to it.
I visited it last month and was in the garage from Tony Stark. After cllicking at one of the monitors this message appeared:

The YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated due to several third-party notices of copyright infringement.
Seems not to be very professional. But maybe with te time they will be better.
