Our NodeBase Support Ticket Bot is Now Live

Anybody that needs one-on-one assistance with anything NodeBase related, we now have a specialized discord bot designed to make sure that you are adequately helped and never skipped over. This goes in line with our goal to provide exemplary service and experience to all NodeBase investors and users.

Just head over to the #🤖-node-bot room and type the following commands:

1.) ndb.open [optional reason]
❯ This lets you create a ticket with a
❯ private channel for special support with one of our dedicated team members

2.) ndb.close
❯ This will happen in your dedicated private ticket channel
❯ Allows members of the appropriate role to close the chat once the individuals agree it has been addressed
